Troubleshooting

Problem: Several buttons are grayed out

Solution: Save the Map


Problem: The button in the toolbar is not displayed.

Solution: Reset the toolbar

  • go to tools
  • customize
  • reset menus and toolbars


After restarting ACT! the button should appear.

            

Solution 2:

  • Close ACT!
  • Open the directory “ACT for Windows 9”
  • Delete file “DependentDlls.xml”.

In ACT! 8 / ACT 2006 and ACT! 9 / ACT! 2007
you can find the file in
Documents and Settings\user\Application
Data \ ACT \ ACT for Windows 9

In ACT! 7 / ACT! 2005 you can find the file in
the Plugins directory in the ACT! directory
.

After restarting ACT! the button should appear.
