Send Email

 By clicking on the icon   you will be able to send professional templates with attachments right form ACT!

You will see this window:


First of all you need to setup the Dial IT configuration settings to connect your e-mail agent to ACT!.

This way all fields on the below and above images will be prefilled automatically by details specified on Call Center / Standard Email Reporting Settings/ Email Settings tab. You can open your configuration by clicking on the  configuration button in your ACT! Dial IT toolbar


 

If you setup everything in Configuration, you should press Standardsettings button. Fields EmailProfile, EmailAccount, Password, CC, BCC, Email Template and Report Template will be loaded automatically.

You can create and send professional email and report templates. For more information please visit the page "Sending report/email templates by e-mail"  in History Pop-Up directory.
