Email Settings

Email Settings Configuration window is very important and should be filled in properly in case you would like to send emails to your contacts through the Dial IT. The information filled in here will be used in outgoing emails you send.

Don’t send as email

Use report template as Email

Use email template
 Select this option if you don’t want to send Emails at all

Report template will be sent as email (not as attachment)

You need to open or create your template below.
Email template  Create / open / edit / delete / copy Email template. You can read about creating templates in Report Generator section.

Path of templates Here you can put a path to save all email templates you have created
Format of Email body  Select a format for your email: html, rtf or txt
Use history regardibg as email subject You can define here any subject you would like to have or use a subject from the history of the call.

Select if you would like your email to be sent in copy or in blind carbon copy?
