Paid Support
If you
require support for more than one installation or extended help, we encourage
you to purchase our reasonably priced time based or flat rate support.
You can
purchase support based on actual time used which is fine if you consider the
problem to be minor, or our flat rate support which is the better choice if you
don’t know what may be causing the problem or if you consider the problem to be
rather time consuming.
Please fill in the payment form fr the support type you chose. As soon as we receive your payment we will send you a ticket with a
phone number to call. The actual support takes place via a remote session.
Please
note: Our time based support is being charged in advance and
will be billed in 15-minute units. Our flat rate support will also be charged in advance. It is valid
for one installation only. We will download, install and configure everything
for you using a remote session .
